EnvisionTEC® RCP30 is a heat resistant resin for the manufacture of high precision, rigid parts.
The polymer can be used on all EnvisionTEC Perfactory products. It is a material containing ceramic nano particles, which is used for the manufacture of wear-resistant and heat-resistant parts. It has an opaque peach-colored appearance. Ideal for components requiring high rigidity such as machine components and parts, instrument housings, injection molds, models, etc.

The minimum thickness of the protruding part.
This is an element that is half the length of its width. The minimum detail is determined by the printer resolution. If part sizes are below the minimum size, the printer may not be able to accurately reproduce them. To keep the details clear, make them larger than the specified minimum. We may refrain from printing models with parts less than the minimum because the final product will not match your design.
Minimal engraved detail.
This is an element that is half the length of its width. The engraved parts come out or sink into the surface.
This is the space between any two parts of the model, walls, or structural elements. To ensure successful printing of the product, the gap between the parts must be greater than the specified minimum.
Minimum drainage holes..
Evacuation holes allow unused material to be removed inside hollow products. It doesn’t need to be taken into account, our technician will add them before printing if necessary.
Movable or hidden elements.
Sometimes the moving parts cannot be printed because the supports inside the cross section cannot be removed.
Do you need support?
For some materials, angles greater than 45 degrees require supports to be positioned on the model. They do not damage the design and allow the printing of overhanging parts. This does not need to be taken into account, our technician will add them before printing if necessary.
This material uses DLP / SLA projection or laser stereolithography technology when printing.
Stereolithography is used to print your prototype with this material. The construction and positioning of a three-dimensional model takes place in specialized software, where it is cut into many thin layers, for their subsequent display using a laser or projector.
If necessary, auxiliary supports are created for working with protrusions and cavities, in view of the individual characteristics of each specific model.
The process takes place in a large reservoir of liquid material (polymer). The printer, using a laser or computer-controlled projector, hardens the first layer of resin. Further, by raising the platform (substrate), it hardens each subsequent layer, directly on top of the previous one. This cyclical action is repeated until the end of printing.
After the end of printing, the substrate completely lifts the finished model from the reservoir with the polymer to remove the excess polymer itself. Supports are manually removed after the model is removed from the substrate.
At a further stage, if necessary, the final hardening of the model takes place in an ultraviolet chamber.
